Job Responsibilities
Executive – Maintenance Engineering (OSD)
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production and packing equipment.
- Maintain equipment used in Tablet Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD), Compression Machines, Coating Machines, Blenders, Rapid Mixers, Granulators (RMG), Capsule Filling Machines, Blister Packing Machines, Bulk Counting Lines, Sachet Filling Lines, Sterilization Equipment, and Inspection Systems.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability and production efficiency.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and GMP documentation.
Executive / Senior Executive – Packing (OSD)
- Supervise, maintain, and troubleshoot Form-Fill-Seal (FFS), Auger Filling, Auto Cartoning, Case Packing, Palletizing, Sterilization, and End-of-Line Packing Equipment.
- Perform machine setup and product changeovers.
- Troubleshoot Pneumatic, Servo, PLC/HMI, Robotic Pick-and-Place, Barcode, Vision Inspection, Labelling, Aggregation, and Traceability Systems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to improve equipment reliability.
Executive – Production (OSD & Liquid)
- Plan and execute manufacturing activities for Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling, Liquid Manufacturing, and Filling Areas.
- Prepare and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Ensure daily cleaning activities and preventive maintenance are completed as per schedule.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP and company SOPs.
Required Skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and Liquid manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of cGMP and pharmaceutical documentation.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance expertise (Maintenance role).
- Knowledge of PLC/HMI and automated packaging systems (Packing role).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
